IN-PERSON: We will have an employee present on site and available to interact personally with guests. We will be available to welcome guests, answer questions, provide local recommendations and help with any issues that may arise.

WE PREFER: We use many messaging apps to communicate with guests. This can be especially useful for quick questions or sending information like directions or access codes.

PHONE: In some cases, we may not be physically present, but we may be available by phone to answer questions or resolve issues.
